Include the email address associated with your account, the affected workspace or inbox, and a concise description of what happened. Please do not email passwords, API keys, SMTP credentials or complete message contents.
Security reports
Include the affected URL or feature, steps to reproduce and potential impact. Do not access other users' data, disrupt the service or run destructive tests. We will acknowledge useful reports and keep you informed while we investigate.
Service scope
SMTPBox is for development and testing email. We cannot trace or deliver production mail sent through another provider, or recover messages after their retention period or deletion.
